Quality Assurance
MPR Associates has worked with Quality Assurance programs since our inception in 1964. At MPR, quality is a way of life, not just another requirement.
MPR Associates maintains a Quality Assurance (QA) Program for the performance of nuclear safety-related activities. The MPR QA Program meets all applicable criteria of 10CFR50, Appendix B, and 10CFR21. In addition, the applicable criteria in ANSI/ASME N45.2 and ANSI/ASME NQA-1 were used as guidance in the development of the MPR QA Program. The MPR QA Program is regularly audited and has been approved by the Nuclear Procurement Issues Committee (NUPIC).
For non-nuclear work, MPR prepares project-specific QA plans as required by our client. Our project-specific QA plans typically are extracted from our Nuclear QA program and tailored following applicable industry standards and client requirements.

Customer Satisfaction
MPR Associates is committed to a continuous effort to improve our services and to maintain customer satisfaction. Feedback from our customers is valuable to us and will be used to improve our performance and to recognize outstanding accomplishments. To that end, we provide our customers a project evaluation form. The form provides the customer with a formal feedback mechanism to be returned directly to MPR management. It also provides us with data that we can use for systematic evaluation. This evaluation will assist us in meeting our goal of even better service to our customers. The feedback form and any additional feedback are to be provided to:
