Program Risk, Earned Value and Schedule Management

MPR provides program management support for efforts that are developing and implementing new technologies. MPR applies rigorous project management principles that enable effective earned-value management. We adapt our project management tools to work with our clients' organizations and processes, and we integrate technical oversight with our project management support. We prepare integrated program plans, and support the management of programs involving multiple organizations performing critical tasks. Risk identification and mitigation are inherent in our program management. We assess technical/technology risks using established Department of Defense and Department of Energy benchmarks to ensure an objective assessment of risk that relates to the likelihood of meeting program cost, schedule, and performance objectives. We structure project plans and monitor project progress to enable early recognition and resolution of problems to keep projects on track despite unexpected problems that could occur when developing and implementing new technology.
