MPR Associates Inc., an engineering consulting firm located in Alexandria, Virginia, and CH-IV Cryogenics, specialists
in liquefied natural gas (LNG) technologies located in Millersville, Maryland, have announced the formation of a new
joint venture corporation dedicated to providing engineering and project management consulting services to developers
of LNG import, export, storage, and distribution facilities. Mr. Jeffrey Beale, President of the new corporation,
CH-IV International, said, "The new company will combine the LNG expertise
resident in CH-IV Corporation with MPR's depth of technical talent and long history of advocating the interests of
energy facility owner-operators. Mr. Paul Damerell, a Principal Officer of MPR, said, "We are excited to launch this
new company to serve the interests of our existing and potential new clients in rapidly growing international LNG
markets. The company will complement very well MPR's primary business of supporting the development, design,
construction, and operation of power plants throughout the world."
