MPR Associates Inc., an engineering consulting firm located in Alexandria, Virginia, and CH-IV Cryogenics, specialists in liquefied natural gas (LNG) technologies located in Millersville, Maryland, have announced the formation of a new joint venture corporation.

Energy Steel & Supply Co.
In an effort to provide the nuclear power industry a "complete solution", a strategic alliance has just been announced between Energy Steel & Supply Co. of Auburn Hills, Michigan, and MPR Associates Inc. of Alexandria, Virginia.

Basler Electric of Highland, IL, and MPR Associates, Inc., have teamed to provide service for and retrofit of Basler Voltage Regulators and Exciters for Nuclear Utility Standby Diesel Generators. These are provided under MPR's 10CFR50, Appendix B, Quality Assurance Program. Both digital and analog retrofit packages are available for all currently in-service Standby Generators.
