• David Rackiewicz joins MPR from the Department of the Navy & the Department of Energy. He has a total of 35 years experience in naval nuclear propulsion plant design, operation, R&D, maintenance and repair. David received his Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and his Masters in Administration of Science & Technology from The George Washington University.
